Like the graphics, this issue can be addressed by downloading and install mods. There is a computer mouse mod offered to download and install, but the sensitivity is horrible and must be heavily edited to make it right. There are likewise keyboard substitute mods, but needing to always download and install mods to enhance the gameplay can get rather bothersome.
Overall, this game still makes it through on the PC port. IF there is a patch, which is not likely because of hundreds of mods offered, I wish it makes the game a whole lot far better than it is now.
